Please click onto alphabet to adjust the alphabet that is being used.
If characters are used that aren't used in the selected alphabet the input field will be encircled in red.
The following three settings determine how characters are treated:
Case sensitive: A distinction between upper and lower case is made. If case sensitive is active and an uppercase character is entered, but the alphabet only uses lower case then this will cause an erroneous entry.
Keep non-alphabet characters: If this option is disabled characters that are not in the alphabet are ignored while encrypting.
Delete blanks: Creates blocks of 5 characters in code.
Altbash: Plaintext alphabet is: "abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz". The ciphertext alphabet is the reversed plaintext alphabet.
